摘　　要：柴胡皂苷是中药柴胡中具有生物活性的一类三萜皂苷,具有解热、镇痛、镇静、抗炎、保肝、止咳、抗病毒、抗溃疡等多种药理活性。现对近年来国内外有关柴胡皂苷吸收与代谢方面的研究进展,包括其胃肠道转化、肠吸收和药动学性质等进行综述,这将有助于了解柴胡皂苷类物质的体内过程,以期为进一步研究提供思路。Saikosaponins are a class of triterpene saponins with a wide spectrum of bioactivities such as antipyretic,analgesic,sedative,anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective,anti-cough,anti-virus,anti-ulcer and other pharmacological activities.Here is to make a review on recent research progress of saikosaponin absorption and metabolic in and out of China,including the biotransformation in gastrointestinal tract,intestinal absorption and pharmacokinetic properties,etc.with the hope that it would be a help to claim the in vivo action of saikosaponins and to provide ideas for further studies.
