利用动态血压监测指导临床用药68例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价利用动态血压监测(ABPM)指导降压治疗的临床疗效。方法 136例高血压患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各68例。治疗组利用24 h ABPM仪对高血压患者口服降压药时进行临床监测,根据血压监测结果进行数据分析,及时调整临床用药;对照组未采用监测的治疗方案,患者出现不适时随机测量血压,调整临床用药。评价两组患者治疗前后的血压控制达标率。结果治疗组血压控制达标率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利用ABPM指导临床降压治疗较常规治疗血压控制平稳、疗效好、并发症少。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of using ambulatory blood pressure monitoring（ABPM）to guide antihypertensive treatment.Methods 136 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,68 cases in each group.The treatment group used 24 hours ABPM in hypertensive patients taking oral antihypertensive drugs for clinical monitoring of blood pressure,according to the monitoring result of data analysis,timely adjustment of clinical medication was done;while control group didn＇t adopt the monitoring of treatment regimens,adjustment of medications was done according to the measured blood pressure when discomfort happened.Blood pressure control compliance rate of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The blood control compliance rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Using ABPM in guiding clinical antihypertensive therapy has better performance than conventional blood pressure control therapy in the aspects of stable control,good therapeutic effect,and less complications.
