摘 要:模拟大庆原油污染土壤,研究不同接种量和土壤湿度条件下,复合菌剂(采用产酶量高的东北土著白腐真菌:青顶拟多孔菌Polyporellus picipes+糙皮侧耳菌Pleurotus ostreatus+偏肿拟栓菌Pseudotrametes gibbosa)对原油的降解效果及土壤的pH变化规律。结果表明,复合菌剂的接种量越高,对石油的降解率也越高。复合菌剂在投加前40 d对石油的降解效果明显,尤其前20 d降解效果极其显著。保持一定的土壤湿度,有利于复合菌剂对石油的降解.在第20 d,在定期添加蒸馏水的条件下降解率达到33.43%,原油的残余量减少了16.571g/kg,比同期不添加蒸馏水的多去除8.762g/kg。The oil polluted soil in Daqing was simulated under different soil moisture content and inoculation amount, and the effects of complex microbial inoculum ( the most famous northeastern white-rot fungi with high enzyme production : Polyporellus picipes + Pleurotus ostreatus + Pseudotrametes gibbosa) on oil degradation rates and the changes of soil FH values were analyzed. The re- suits showed that the higher the inoculum concentration of complex microbial inoculum, the bigger the effects on oil degradation rates. The effects on oil degradation are remarkable in the first 40 days, especially in the first 20 days. A certain amount of soil moisture is maintained, which is helpful for complex microbial inoculum to work on oil degradation. On the 20th day, the degradation rate reaches 33.43% after adding distilled water regularly, and the oil residue quantity decreases by 16. 571 g/kg, which is 8. 762g/kg more than the oil without adding distilled water in the same period.
