摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢冷轧4#线1450 mm平整机组过程控制系统概况,包括计算机硬件、软件系统,控制原理及PLC与和生产控制计算机的通讯方式等。硬件方面采用惠普PC服务器,软件方面采用Windows2000 Server操作系统,开发工具采用VB6.0,数据库系统采用Oracle9i。过程控制系统与PLC的通讯方式采用基于TCP/IP协议,与生产控制系统通讯采用SQL.net技术。运行实践证明,该过程控制系统能够满足生产实际需要。The process control system（PCS） in the1450 mm skin pass mill in No.4 cold rolled production line of Angang is briefly introduced. The PCS consists of the computer hardware and software systems, control principles and communication modes between PLC and controlled computers for production. For the hardware system, the HP PC Server is equipped in PCS and the Windows 2000 Service Operating System is installed in the software system, the VB6.0 is used for programming and the Oraclegi is used to support the database system. The data communication mode between PCS and PLC is based on TCP/IP protocol and the SQL.net technology is used to keep data communication between PCS and controlled computers for production. Actual operations in production line show that the PCS system can meet requirements in production.
