除尘风机的故障诊断及现场动平衡技术应用

摘　　要：利用振动分析仪对矿槽除尘风机实施周期监测,通过趋势跟踪及频谱分析进行故障诊断。同时使用双通道加强型动平衡仪对风机实施现场动平衡,解决了风机、电机振动值均超标的问题。The dedusting fan of an ore tank is monitored periodically by using a vibration analyzer and the fauh diagnosis is carried out by trend-following indicator and spectrum analysis. Meanwhile, the field dynamic balancing is put into operation based on the dual-channel reinforced dynamic balancing device so as to solve the problem of the overrange concerning to the vibration values for the fan and the motor.
