摘　　要：培养创新人才是高等教育的一项重要任务,通过实施大学生创新性实验计划,着力建设以学生学习能力、实践能力、创新能力培养为主线的创新人才培养体系,充分发挥学校自身优势,营造良好创新氛围,建立高效的创新保障机制,推动大学生科技创新活动的全面发展。The cultivation of innovative talents of higher education is an important task.Through the implementation of college students＇ innovative experiment plan,this article focuses on building the students＇ learning ability and practice ability,innovation ability training as main innovation talent cultivation system,gives full play to their own advantages to the school,to create a good atmosphere of innovation,establish the effective innovation safeguard mechanism,and promote college students＇ all-round development of the science and technology innovation activities.
