摘　　要：为了解决学生到石油化工企业实习时"只能看,不能动"的问题,以"创建真实工程环境,培养高层次企业工程技术和管理人才"为理念,校企共建石油化工生产装置实习车间,创新实习教学项目,建立了"数字仿真训练―生产实习车间实训―实际生产现场实习"的企业实习教学模式。Students can only observe and not allowed to operate the equipment,when they practice in petrochemical enterprises.In order to solve this problem,the concept of creating realistic engineering environment and bringing up enterprise engineering and management talents is put forward.The practice workshop of petrochemical production plants is constructed between school and company.Projects of practical teaching are innovated.The practice teaching mode in enterprises of digital simulation training—training in production practice workshop——practicing in practical production field is established.
