表面氧化物对铝合金接头拉伸性能的影响

摘　　要：铝合金焊接过程中,氧化物对接头性能的影响一直有很大的影响。本课题铣去对接面的氧化膜和不铣去对接面的氧化膜的铝合金分别进行焊接试验,研究焊缝中氧化物对接头性能的影响。结果表明:焊缝中的氧化物对接头的拉伸性能有影响,焊缝中的氧化物使接头的强度下降。The influence of tension properties of the joint Is mvestlga^ea uy using u },. clockwise screw thread with oxide layer and without oxide layer. The result shows that oxide layer can affect the tension properties of the joint. The oxide layer decreases the tension property of the joint in the weld.
