摘　　要：物联网是下一代网络的主要发展方向,得到了全球主要国家的认可。智能楼宇是物联网技术未来的一个重要应用领域。本文首先介绍了物联网和智能楼宇的技术发展状况,然后构想基于物联网技术的智能楼宇系统总体架构和典型应用,最后提出完全实现基于物联网的智能楼宇技术必须解决的技术难题。The Internet of things is the main developing direction oi the next generatton network, and has been recognized by major countries in the world. In the future, intelligent building is an important applieation field of the Internet of things technology. This paper introduces the technology development status of the Internet of things and intelligent building. In this paper, the author focuses on the architecture and typical application of intelligent building system based on Internet of things technology. Finally, this paper puts forward the technical problems that must be solved when fully realizing the intelligent building based on IOT technology.
