摘  要:目的探讨执行海上编队长航任务对舰员外周血细胞因子表达水平的影响。方法采用多抗体芯片化学发光法定量比较海上任务人员(实验组)和岸基人员(对照组)外周血120种细胞因子的表达差异。结果与岸基人员相比,执行海上长航任务舰员外周血34.17%(41/120)人体细胞因子表达水平改变,其中13种细胞因子表达升高,涉及Janus激酶-信号转导及转录活化因子、有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶等细胞信号通路,参与细胞趋化、免疫调节(尤其是细胞免疫调节)、炎症反应和细胞凋亡等重要生物学过程。结论执行海上编队长航任务124 d,部分舰员外周血多种细胞因子表达水平改变,提示海上综合作业环境在一定程度上影响长远航任务人员机体免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effects of long term voyage of warship on the expression of cytokines in human peripheral blood.Methods The RayBio Human Cytokine Antibody Array C Series 1000 was used to check the expression levels of 120 blood cytokines of warship crew and onshore controls by chemiluminescence hybridization.Results After the long distance navigation the expression of 34.17%(41/120) cytokines were changed in the blood of the warship crew contrast with the ones onshore controls.Among which,13 kinds of cytokines were increased uniformly,it mainly involved in Jak-ATAT、MAPK and NCMC signal pathways,Which participated in important biology processes such as cell chemotaxis,immunoregulation(especially in cellular immunity regulation),inflammatory reaction as well as in apoptosis,etc.Conclusion The integrated factors of "human-warship-environment" during long term voyage can result in changes of the expression of partial blood cytokines,and it may also lead to the disequilibrium of immune function in human body.
