摘　　要：在我国,行政问责制存在不少制度性缺陷,从而导致了问责执行力度不足、问责程序不够规范等现象的经常性存在。在深入研究我国行政问责制度所面临的困境的基础上,本文尝试提出完善我国现行行政问责机制、建立健全具有中国特色的高效行政问责制度的基本路径。There are some defects about China＇s administrative of accountability system, which leads to lacking of enforcement of accountability and unstandardized accountability procedures to exist as a regular phenomenon. Based on the in-depth study of the difficulties of China＇s administrative system of accountability, this paper attempts to put forward to trend path to improvie mechanisms of China＇s current administrative system of accountability, to establish and improve the administrative efficiency with Chinese characteristics.
