摘　　要：现代信息和通讯技术赋予档案馆极大的发展机会 ,首先要解决的是战略性计划的问题 ,这表现在国际档案理事会档案自动化委员会发布的关于档案工作应用现代技术的六个步骤上。同时 ,这些技术又将各个档案馆通过各种网络带到了整个世界面前 ,为了使其网址的“访问者”充分有效地利用档案信息 ,如何在新技术的背景下实现著录的标准化 ,以达到清晰简便的网上利用环境是一个极具现实性的问题。The power of modern information and communication technology offers archives great opportunities, but the strategic plan is in the first place to be solved, which embodies in the six steps issued by the International Council on Archives Committee on Archival Automation. At the same time, these technologies bring archives to the whole world via networks.. In order to let 'visitors' of these network sites make full use of the archival information, how to realize standardized description in the background of new technologies is a practical problem, which will contribute to a convenient and legible network using circumstances.
