基于共荣利益视角的高校公共安全教育探析

摘  要:"共容利益"是美国著名经济学家奥尔森理论中重要的基础性概念,是他用来解释"集体行动的逻辑"、"国家兴衰现象"、"权力与繁荣"的理论基石。在风险社会面前,无论是高校自身,还是政府、社会、家庭都面临风险的重新分配,那么高校在实施公共安全教育时,惟有通过与政府、社会、家庭形成有机衔接和良性互动,基于平等信任基础上的合作共治,才能使各主体之间的利益共生共荣,推动公共安全教育的地域互补、风险共担和资源整合,保障社会公平正义,促进社会和谐。"Encompassing interest" is a famous American economists in the theory of important Olsen basic concepts,it's used to explain" the logic of collective action","the rise and fall of a nation","the cornerstone of the theory of power and prosperity" theory foundation.In front of social risks,whether the universities,or government,society and families facing the redistribution of risk and the implementation of the education in public safety,but through and government,society,family formation organic link and the benign interaction,on the basis of equality based on trust,as cooperation,can make each subject of interest between co-existence and co-prosperity between,promote the regional complementary public safety education and risks and resources integration,safeguard social fairness and justice,and promote social harmony.
