不定形耐火材料之浇注料的研究进展

摘　　要：介绍了不定形耐火材料中的一种以浇注方式施工的材料——浇注料,并根据笔者的研究成果及近年来有关浇注料新产品的制备、应用等方面的最新研究,系统地论述了焦宝石基浇注料、矾土基浇注料、莫来石基浇注料、刚玉基浇注料、镁质浇注料、轻质隔热浇注料和耐酸耐碱浇注料的性能和研究进展。在此基础上,展望了浇注料的发展趋势。A kind of material belongs to monolithic refractories which is constructed by casting is introduced, i. e. castables. According to the author＇s research and the newest investigation on castables about preparation and application of new products, the performance of calcined flint clay based castables, bauxite based castables, mullite based castables, corundum based castables, magnesia based castables, light weight castables and acid-alkali resistant castables as well as the research progress are also introduced. Based on these, the developing trends of the investigation of castables are prospected.
