贝羚胶囊与复方鲜竹沥液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较贝羚胶囊与复方鲜竹沥液治疗老年人慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效。方法:选择AECOPD患者64例,其中33例(治疗组)采用贝羚胶囊治疗,31例患者(对照组)采用复方鲜竹沥液治疗,疗程均为7天,比较两者的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.9%,对照组总有效率71.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:贝羚胶囊治疗AECOPD疗效显著,优于复方鲜竹沥液。Objective： To compare the effectiveness of Bei Ling capsule with compound fresh bamboo juice for treatment of the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period （ AECOPD ）. Method： Sixty four patients with AECOPD were chosen and thirty three patients （ treatment group） were treated with Bei Ling capsule and thirty one cases （control group ） took compound fresh bamboo juice, both of whom were treated for 7 days and their effectiveness was compared. Result： The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 71% in control group, whose comparing difference had the statistic significance. Conclusion： The effectiveness of Bei Ling capsule in the treatment of AECOPD is more obvious, and better than that of the compound fresh bamboo juice.
