摘 要:常规压裂地面配液、供液工艺技术大多采用先配液、大罐储存,再进行压裂施工的模式进行,但随着非常规油气藏勘探开发的深入,压裂施工的规模不断加大,常规压裂地面配、供液工艺技术难以满足大型压裂的需求。针对这一问题,对大型压裂地面配液、供液工艺技术进行了深入研究,提出了现场配液、多级供液、多体系相互无缝切换的压裂施工配、供液技术,采用该技术在河南油田泌页HF1井和洛伊盆地屯1井进行了现场应用,压裂取得圆满成功,为大型非常规压裂施工提供了技术支撑。In normal fracturing fluid mixing and supply technology,fluid was mixed and it was stored in large tanks,and then fracturing operation was carried out.But with the development of unconvenetional oil and gas reservoir exploration and production,the scales fracture operation is enlarged and larger,the normal fracturing fluid mixing and supply technology could not meet the requirements of massive fracturing.To solve the problem,further research was carried out on the fluid mixing and supply technology for massive fracturing.A new fluid mixing and supply technology is proposed,which includes mixing fluid on well site,multistage fracturing fluid supply,multi-system seamless handoff for massive fracturing operation.The new fracturing technology has been successfully used in Well HF 1 of Biyang shale reservoir of Henan Oilfield and Well TUN 1 located in the basin between Luoyang and Yichuan.It provides technical support for unconventional massive fracturing operation.
