摘 要:研究不同酸处理对碳纳米管的微观结构和形貌的影响,采用SEM和XRD对其进行表征。SEM观测表明经过酸处理后的碳纳米管杂质明显减少;1∶1的浓H2SO4、浓HNO3混酸处理后,碳纳米管长径比降低,不易发生团聚,分散性提高,并保持了其优异的性能;通过比较得出超声处理比高温回流处理所得碳纳米管表面质量更优;XRD分析表明3∶1的浓H2SO4、浓HNO3混酸氧化刻蚀能力较强,对碳纳米管的晶体结构破坏严重。The microstructure and morphology of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) treated by different acid were investigated by SEM and XRD. The result of SEM shows that the impurties of CNTs treated by acid are obviously reduced. 1 : 1 (con. H2SO4 to con. HNOa ) mixed acid treatment could reduce the length-diameter ratio of CNTs, weaken its agglomeration tendency, improve its dispersibility, and retain its superior performance. The surface quality of CNTs treated by ultrasound are superior to those treated by high-temperature reflux: The result of XRD shows that the oxidation etching ability of 3 : 1 (con. H2SO4 to con. HNOa) mixed acid is relatively strong, and could seriously destroy the structure of CNTs.
