摘 要:分别用吸附法、戊二醛(GA)和双醛淀粉(DAS)交联法将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)固定在壳聚糖(Chi-tosan)上,通过对比3种固定化HRP的性能,选用Chitosan-DAS固定化HRP,其固定化酶相对活力和负载率分别为81%和68%。在Chitosan-DAS固定化HRP/H2O2酶促体系作用下制备香草醛-没食子酸共聚物,用FTIR、UV、NMR和GPC等对共聚物的结构进行了表征。将共聚物用作皮革鞣剂进行了应用实验,结果表明主鞣革收缩温度(Ts)为78.5℃,复鞣革平均增厚率为19.4%。ttorseradish peroxidase (HRP) was immobilized on the surface of chitosan by adsorption, crosslin king with glutaraldehyde and dialdehyde starch respectively. By comparison of three different methods on properties of immobilized HRP, it was found that Chitosan-DAS was taken as the carriers of immobilized HRP. The relative activi ty and loading rate were 81% and 68% respectively. Then a copolymer of vanillin and gallic acid was synthesized by the initiation of enzyme catalysis system composed of immobilized HRP/H202. The copolymer was characterized by means of FTIR, UV, NMR and GPC. Then, the copolymer was applied as a tanning agent. The apply results show that the shrinkage temperature (T.,) of tanned leather is 78. 5° and the average increased rate of thickness of retanned leather is 19.4%.
