摘 要:层间非均质油藏在多油层合采和笼统注水的条件下,表现出严重的层间矛盾,影响着其开采速度以及最终采收率。因此,针对层间干扰问题,进行了数值模拟研究。针对影响层间干扰的7个主要因素,包括平均渗透率、渗透率级差、平均黏度、层数、单层厚度、井距、压差,设计了3个水平正交试验,分别研究了有隔层情况下正反韵律以及无隔层情况下正反韵律油藏的干扰情况。结果表明,随渗透率级差的升高层间干扰增大,油藏整体采收率明显下降;探讨了各个因素对多层油藏合采层间干扰的影响大小及其变化规律,确定了渗透率级差是层间干扰最主要的影响因素。研究成果为该类油藏进行层系调整及相应开发部署提供了一定的理论依据。In the reservoirs with inhomogeneous layers,when it was produced by commingled production or commingled water injection,they would show serious contradiction between the layers,which would affect their production speed and the ultimate oil recovery.Thus,in allusion to the problem of interference between the layers,the numerical simulation was conducted.The seven major factors affecting the interference between layers were considered,including average permeability,permeability differential,average viscosity,layer number,single layer thickness,well spacing and pressure differential,72(4×18) group contrast experiments were designed by orthogonal analysis to study the interference in reservoirs with positive & negative rhythm in reservoirs with and without restraining barriers.Results show that with the increase of permeability differential,the interlayer interference increases,the integrated reservoir recovery declines significantly.The effects of various factors and the rules of variation on the interference between the layers are discussed and the biggest effect factor is the permeability differential.Research result provides a theoretical basis for the reservoir adjustment and arrangement of oilfield development.
