摘  要:非常规油气资源具有其特殊的性质,在勘探开发过程中需要进行大规模的压裂改造施工。常规压裂一般施工排量为4~6m3/min,施工用液量一般在500~600m3;非常规压裂施工排量为10~15m3/min,单层用液量2000m3左右,而且非常规压裂通常采用的是电缆传输桥塞及射孔枪的形式,这就决定了压裂井口既要能承受施工压力,同时又必须有足够大的通径。另外,由于单井压裂用液量达上万立方米,导致返排周期长。针对目前常规压裂井口及试气装置存在的不足进行了研究,设计配套了非常规压裂井口及地面测试流程,在河南油田几口页岩油气井大型压裂施工中应用,取得了较好效果。For the special properties of unconventional oil and gas resources,it needed large fracturing and reconstruction in exploration and development.During the conventional fracturing,the operation discharge capacity was 4~6m3/min,the total operation liquid capacity was 500~600m3,but the operation discharge capacity was 10~15m3/min and the single layer liquid capacity was about 2000m3 in unconventional fracturing,and the unconventionality fracturing usually use cable transmission to control bridge plug and perforating guns,so the wellhead devices of unconventional fracturing should bear the operation pressure and have enough drift.On the other hand,because the single well liquid capacity would be ten thousands cubic metres,it needed longer flowback cycle.In view of the deficiency of present conventional fracturing wellhead and the gas testing devices,the earnest research,design of the unconventional fracturing wellhead and ground test process are performed.it is used in large fracturing operations of Henan Oilfield,good results are obtained.
