摘　　要：目的:同时测定尿嘧啶替加氟片中替加氟和尿嘧啶的含量。方法:用不加离子对、不加内标的HPLC法。结果:以水做溶剂,选择替加氟的最大吸收(270nm)作为检测波长,测定尿嘧啶的含量,优于国标采用氮测定法。结论:HPLC法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,重现性好。Objective：Measuring the content of Ftorafur and Uracil in the Compound Tegafur Tablets at the same time.Methods：Using the HPLC measures without ion pair and internal standard.Results：Adopting the water solvent and choosing the maximum absorption（270nm）as the detection wavelength to determine the content of Ftorafur is better than the National Standard method of Nitrogen Determination.Conclusion：This new method has four merits：operate easily,highly specific,accuracy and good reproducibility.
