PICC穿刺点两种不同压迫止血方法的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC穿刺点分别应用藻酸盐敷料和无菌纱布块两种不同止血方法的效果。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将120例患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者在穿刺针眼处用3.5cm×2cm无菌纱布块按压;实验组患者在穿刺针眼处用3.5cm×2cm藻酸盐敷料按压。比较两组患者穿刺后平均出血持续时间和穿刺点渗血分级。结果:对照组患者穿刺点渗血持续时间为(14.4±4.15)h,实验组患者穿刺点渗血持续时间为(7.8±6.31)h;两组患者渗血持续时间和渗血分级差异有统计学意义。结论:藻酸盐敷料按压PICC穿刺点的止血效果优于无菌纱布块。Objective：To discuss the effect of two ways of application of alginate dressing and sterile gauze piece on PICC puncture point. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group in the needle with 3.5cm × 2cm sterile gauze block press, patients in the experimental group needle with 3.5cm × 2cm alginate dressing press to compare two groups of patients after puncture bleeding duration and puncture oozing grading. Results：The control group patients puncture oozing duration of （14.4 ± 4.15）h, patients in the experimental group puncture oozing duration of （7.8 ± 6.31）h; In two groups of patients with bleeding duration and oozing grade difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Alginate dressing press PICC puncture point hemostatic effect is better than that of the sterile gauze block.
