鸟巢式护理应用于新生儿黄疸光疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鸟巢式护理在新生儿黄疸光疗中的效果。方法:将2010年11月至2011年3月进行光疗12小时的新生儿200例,随机将100例为对照组(1号箱),采用常规护理;100例为实验组(2号箱),采用鸟巢式护理。结果:对照组新生儿光疗首次入箱哭闹时间、新生儿抓伤与擦伤的发生率、中断照射率明显高于实验组(P<0.01)。结论:鸟巢式护理设备简单,易于制作操作,能使新生儿安静、舒适接受治疗,减少各种损伤的发生,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of the Nest-style nursing in phototherapy of neonatal jaundice.Methods：200 cases of newborns with the 12 hours＇ treatment of phototherapy from November 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided into two groups：100 cases in the control group（No1 box）,the routine nursing used;100 cases in the experimental group（No 2 box）,Bird＇s Nest-style nursing applied.Results：In the control group,newborns＇ phototherapy duration is less than the experimental group（P 0.01）;in the control group,the incidence of scratches and abrasions and interrupt exposure rate was significantly higher than the experimental group（P 0.01）.Conclusion：with the equipment simple and easy to operate,Bird＇s Nest-style nursing make newborns quiet and cozy while treated,and the occurrence of a variety of injuries were reduced.Thus Bird＇s Nest-style nursing is worthy to be widely applied clinically.
