摘  要:目的:探讨每日护患沟通记录在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:利用医院自行设计的护患沟通记录本,记录护患沟通过程中发现和患者反应的问题,比较2010年1月活动开展之前和2011年1月两组患者对护理的满意度,跌倒、坠床、及投诉的例数。结果:两组患者及家属满意度调查、跌倒、坠床、投诉例数比较(均P<0.05),差异有显著性意义。结论:每日护患沟通记录有利于提高患者及家属的满意度,减少跌倒、坠床、及投诉,对优质护理服务有推进作用。Objective:To explore the application of daily nurse-patient communication record in the quality care.Methods:We recorded the problems discoveried in the nurse-patient communication process and responsed by the patients utilized the nurse-patient communication records design by the hospitals.Than we compared the satisfaction,the number of falls,falling out of bed and the number of complaints cases betwwen the patients of January 2010 and January 2011.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups of the satisfaction,the number of falls,falling out of bed and the number of complaints cases(all P 0.05).Conclusion:Daily nurse-patient communication records can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,reduce the number of falls,falling out of bed and the number of complaints cases,promote the role of quality care.
