摘  要:采用水提取法从黄连中提取黄连素,并用黄连素对锦纶6织物进行染色,分析了提取产物的基本性能,研究了染色温度、pH值和元明粉用量对染色织物K/S值的影响,探讨了黄连素在锦纶6上的提升性能、吸附性能以及染色织物的牢度。结果表明,用水提取法1次提取即具有较高的效率,提取产物的主要成分为黄连素,染色织物的K/S值随着染色温度的升高逐渐降低,随着染色pH值的升高逐渐增大,元明粉对染色有一定的缓染作用,高温条件下黄连素在锦纶6上的吸附速率远大于低温条件下的吸附速率,黄连素在锦纶6上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,染色织物经固色后各项牢度均在3级以上。The water extraction technology was applied to extract berberine from Coptis chinensis Franch.The extracts were used to dye nylon 6.The basic performance of the extracts and the effect of dyeing temperature,value of pH and sodium sulfate dosage on K/S value of the dyeings were analyzed.The build-up property,absorption performance and color fastness of berberine on nylon 6 were also investigated.It was found that high yield was obtained by primary water extraction and the basic component of extracts was berberine.The K/S value of the dyeings was decreased with the increase of dyeing temperature,but increased with the increase in dyeing pH.Sodium sulfate had certain retarding effect during dyeing.The up-take rate of berberine on nylon 6 at high temperature is much faster than that at low temperature.The absorption of berberine on nylon 6 is fitted to Langmuir equation.All color fastness of the dyed fabrics after fixation is above rating 3.
