络筒机用计长仪的研制

摘　　要：为减少后道工序筒脚纱的浪费,设计了一种络筒计长仪。装置采用2个霍尔传感器,其中一个传感器检测头安装在槽筒主轴上,用于检测槽筒转数;另一个传感器检测头安装在筒子上,用于在线检测筒子实际转数,当筒子实际转数累加到一定值时,根据槽筒转数、筒子实际转数、槽筒直径和筒子即时传动半径,对比计算槽筒与筒子的线速度滑移率,根据滑移率折算出筒子即时纱线长度,并累加计算。当达到预先输入定长值时发出信号,由切刀执行满筒切断。该装置既能用于新机设计,也能用于老机改造。In order to reduce the waste yarn in the follow-up process and rewinding operation,a yarn length recorder for cone winding machine was designed.Two Hall sensors are used for this purpose.One is installed on the principal axis of the slotted drum for testing its revolutions,and the other one,on the cone,tests the actual revolutions of the cone.The linear velocity slip rate between the slotted drum and the cone was calculated according to the revolutions of slotted drum,the actual revolutions of cone,the diameter of slotted drum and the instant transmission radius of cone when the actual revolutions of cone is added up to a definite value.According to the linear velocity slip rate,the yarn length of cone is calculated and then added up.The cutter cuts off the yarn when the yarn length of cone reaches the preset value and sends a signal.This device can be used either in the design of a new machine or in the renovation of an old machine.
