摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着私营经济的发展,一个建立在生产资料私有制基础上,具有资本主义生产关系基本特征和相当经济实力及经济基础的新的社会人群在我国已经形成。私营经济具有两重性,为此,应坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展两个"毫不动摇";支持、鼓励非公有制经济发展,同时对它进行监督、引导。Since the reform development,along with the development of the private economy,some new social population based on means of production private ownership,has the capitalist production relations＇ basic characteristics and economic strength and economic foundation has formed in our country.The private economy has the duality.Therefore,we should adhere to the public ownership as the main body,the diverse forms of ownership developing in common;support,encourage,supervise and guide the development of the non-public sector.
