摘　　要：目的评价卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目的实施效果。方法对地震灾区3个省13个设区的市(地区、州,下同)36个县(区、市,下同)疾病预防控制中心和预防接种报告单位的信息化实施、设备、培训、投入资金等基本信息进行普查。结果截至2011年5月,项目省36个项目县、921个预防接种报告单位均开展了儿童预防接种信息化工作。录入2005～2010年儿童671 848人,占目标儿童(697 975人)的96.26%。项目共配备便携式计算机14台,台式计算机866台,打印机830台,投影仪34台。项目县、乡级预防接种单位培训率达100%。项目开发的培训材料、视频课件,已在全国得到广泛应用。各地争取配套经费共323.49万元,有力地保证了项目地区设备购置、系统日常运转和维护。结论项目的实施推动了地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化进程,同时也为全国的预防接种信息化建设提供了模板,并在管理方式上进行前瞻性探索。Objective To evaluate the project of developing a child immunization registration information system （CIRIS） in 36 counties affected by the 2008 Sichuan earthquake in China during 2008-2011. Methods 36 counties in 13 cities of three provinces were investigated by formal questionnaire which included the implementation of information technology condition of staff, computer and network equipment, investment, etc. Result By May 2011, 36 counties and 921 report units implemented CIRIS. 96.26% records were input into the system. The project provided 14 laptops, 866 computers, 830 printers and 34 projectors. The training rate was 100% in county level and township level. The training materials and videos were used in the whole country. The project areas got total of 3.234 million Yuan of matching funds, a powerful guarantee for the purchase of equipment, daily operation and maintenance. Conclusion Implementation of the project promoted the process of CIRIS and provided a model and explored the management methods for the whole country.
