福建新能源产业发展路径与现实选择

摘　　要：简述福建新能源发展概况,指出新能源是历史发展的必然选择。福建在新能源开发利用的实践中尚存在着体制、成本、技术、信息、资源约束等障碍或问题。因此借鉴国内外新能源发展的成功经验和有效做法,提出福建新能源产业发展路径的现实选择建议,即:发掘资源禀赋,完善产业体系;培育新能源市场;提升自主创新能力;建设人才队伍;加强闽台交流合作;完善资金保障和经济激励机制。A brief description of new energy development in Fujian Province is dealt with in this paper, which indicates that new energy is the inevitable choice in historical development. Fujian has put the new energy development and utilization into practice and laid a certain foundation for such purpose. However, there still exist many obstacles and problems in terms of system, costs, technology, information, and resource constraints, etc. Drawing on the successful experiences and effective practices of developing new energy at home and abroad, such practical choices of developing the new energy industry in Fujian are advocated as optimizing the industrial structure of the new energy, cultivating new energy markets, enhancing the capability of independent innovation, constructing the talents＇ market, strengthening exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, and perfecting the financial backup and economic incentive mechanisms, etc.
