消栓灵低分子肝素钙治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消栓灵合低分子肝素钙治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全(CVI)的临床疗效。方法将100例CVI患者随机分为2组,对照组44例予低分子肝素钙注射液治疗,治疗组56例在对照组治疗基础上加消栓灵。2组均10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗前后下肢同高度腿围变化情况及临床疗效、静脉造影血管再通情况。结果治疗组总有效率98.21%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后髌骨下缘10 cm及踝上缘5 cm腿围与本组治疗前比较均明显缩小(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血管完全再通率明显高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),血管不通率明显下降(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消栓灵可明显改善CVI患者临床症状和体征,促进血管再通,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of chronic venous insufficiency （CVI） treated by combination of Xiaoshuanling and anticoagulants. Methods 100 pa- tients with CVI were randomly divided into two groups. 44 cases in control group were treated by low molecular weightheparin calcium injection. Patients in treatment group （ n =44） were treated by Xiaoshuanling on the basis of control group treatment. The course was 10 days in two groups. Muscle circumference changes of lower extremity at same height, clinical effect and venography recanalization were observed before and after treatment. Results The total ef- fective rate in treatment group （98.21%） was higher than that in control group （75.0%, P 〈0.05）. Muscle circ- umference of lower extremity from 10 cm under patella to 5 cm above the ankle after treatment was decreased as com- pared with that before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was significant difference between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Complete recanalization rate after treatment was higher than that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）, the vascular obstruction rate was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xi- aoshuanling can significantly improve the clinical signs and symptoms of CVI patients and promote revascularization, and it is effective.
