益气养阴汤联合二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将118例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组58例以盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气养阴汤治疗。观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率70.69%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后FPG、2 hPG及TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论益气养阴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片具有良好的改善临床症状及协同降血糖作用,在调节血脂方面的效果也优于单纯盐酸二甲双胍片。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqiyangyin decoction combined with Mefformin on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 118 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. 58 eases in control group were treated by Mefformin. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqiyangyin decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The changes of FPG, 2 hPG, TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C and Glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （86.67%） was higher than that in control group （70.69%, P 〈0.05）. There was statistical significance be- tween two groups on FPG, 2 hPG, TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement in treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion Yiqiyangyin decoction combined with Metformin has a good im- provement on clinical symptoms and coordination with hypoglycemie effect, the effect of regulating lipid is also superi- or to the simple application of Mefformin.
