摘　　要：结合某18层混凝土框架—配筋砌块砌体混合结构工程,进行了8度设防地区小震作用下的线弹性分析,考察了新体系的内力和位移,得出了配筋砌块砌体的抗剪承载力,验证了新型结构在8度区建筑的可行性。Combining with the mixed structure of 18-storeyed concrete frame-reinforced block masonry structure, the paper undertakes the linear elastic analysis of 8 seismic subarea with the effect of small earthquakes, considers the internal force and the displacement of the new system, concludes the shearing resistance the reinforced block masonry, and proves the feasibility of the new structure in 8 seismic areas.
