摘　　要：从工程预结算审核的目的出发,结合实例分析阐述了建筑安装工程结算存在的问题和审核重点,对提高审核建筑安装工程结算应注意的问题进行了探讨,从而全面、客观、公正、合理的对竣工结算做出审核。From the purposes of the budget and balance auditing in projects, the paper illustrates some problems and auditing main Points for the architectural installation projects by combining with some example analysis, and explores some precautions for improving the architectural installa- tion engineering settlement, so as to have the auditing for the complete settlement in the full-sided, objective, just and reasonable way.
