摘　　要：根据上海宝钢RH处理过程的特点和实际处理过程 ,建立了三维流动、温度场数学模型 ,对RH钢包内钢水的流动以及处理过程中的热量损失进行了研究 ,结果表明 :在RH处理过程中 ,钢包散热和合金加入导致的散热占处理过程散热的绝大部分。In light of the processing feature and actual conditions of RH Jegasser in baoshan Iron & Steel Corp.mathematical models of 3-dimensional fluid flow and temperature field have been developed to study the flowing of hot metal in RH Ladle and heat loss during the RH treatment.Results show that heat elimination caused by addition of alloy elements take up the overwhelming majority of the total heat loss in the RH treatment.
