高校体育公共课教师相对剥夺感解析

摘　　要：对高校公体教师产生相对剥夺感的社会成因、外在表现及影响进行剖析,发现职业歧视是相对剥夺感的主要诱因,相对剥夺感直接导致职业倦怠,严重的相对剥夺感会导致产生犯罪心理,甚至实施犯罪,必须引起高度重视。否则,将严重阻碍高校体育目标及和谐校园、和谐社会目标的实现。By analysing the social reasons, the effect and influence of relative deprivation on P.E. teachers at university, the pa- per finds that profession discrimination is the main reason which induces job burnout and even commitment of a crime. Relative deprivation on P.E. teachers should be highly recognized, otherwise it may block the implement of the target of P. E. at universi- ty, and the campus and social harmonious environment.
