花样滑冰运动员专项心理特征与调控手段研究

摘　　要：花样滑冰是一项竞争非常激烈的表现难美类竞技体育项目,运动员只有具备良好的心理调控能力才能在比赛中取得优异的竞赛成绩。通过专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,研究并最终确定花样滑冰运动员专项心理特征有五个主因子,即:认知水平、表象能力、注意能力、情绪控制和自信心水平。针对各专项心理特征,结合运动实践提出相应的心理调控方法,以提高花样滑冰运动员的心理调控能力,使其发挥出最佳的竞技水平。Figure skating is very competitive performance in the competitive sport, athletes that make outstanding achievements in the fierce competition must have good psychological regulation ability. In this paper, through expert interviews, the survey of questionnaire and other research methods, ultimately the special psychological characteristics that affect the competitive level of figure skating athletes have five main factor, that is, the cognitive level, the imagery ability, the attention ability, the emotion control and the confidence level. In view of the special psychological characteristics, the sports psychological regulation method is put forward combining with the practice , in order to improve athletes＇ psychological regulation ability and produce the best com- petitive level.
