摘　　要：通过对黄沙坪矿近几年来技术经济指标、采掘选成本的统计分析 ,结合有关经济技术指标与采选成本的经验公式 ,以实现企业最佳经济效益为原则 ,确定出企业在现有技术、管理水平下合理的贫化与损失指标 ,通过在生产实践过程中的运用得到证明 ,并且总结了该矿在狠抓贫损管理、提高出矿品位创造良好企业效益方面的管理措施。Analyzing the statistical data of the cost of mining,dressing,drifting in Huang-shaping Lead-Zinc Mine in recent years,this paper offers the reasonable exploitation of ore depauperization and loss ratio suitable for the existing condition of technology and management level by applying the relevant technology——economic index and experience formula. The paper also sums up the measurement in the controlling of depauperization and losses, improving the grade of crude ore in the mine.
