摘　　要：论述了高浓度渗碳的基本原理及方法。采用 2 0CrMo钢代替Q2 35和 10钢制作耐火砖成型模板 ,并适当降低渗碳温度 ,可实现高浓度渗碳。生产试验表明 ,2 0CrMo钢制模板的使用寿命是Q2 35钢和 10钢制模板的 3至The paper elaborates the principle and method of carburization with high concentration which can be achieved~ by appropriately reducing temperature and making refractory-brick shaping die of steel 20CrMo instead of steel Q\- 235 and 10.The production test~ shows that the operating life of steel die made of 20CrMo is 2-3 times longer~ than that of Q\- 235 and 10.
