摘　　要：光电子学课程设计是实践教学环节的一个重要组成部分。本文论述了课程设计的教学组织及实施。分析了目前存在的问题，并进行了教学改革，提高学生的实践能力和创新精神。Optoelectronics course design is one important practical instruction process to undergraduates. The curriculum teaching organization, the implementation form were introduced in detail, existing problems were discussed, and the teaching reform of course design has been explorated and put into practice.The students＇ practical ability and creativity has been enhanced.
