九浴溪水电站水轮机空蚀原因分析及对策

摘  要:九浴溪电站是一个运行30余年的老电站,其2、3、4号机组为ZD510-LH—180的老型号轴流定桨式水轮机组。自1981年运行以来,水轮机转轮叶片遭受较严重的浸蚀破坏,主要是由于间隙空蚀引起。主要原因有转轮空化性能差、材质抗空蚀稳定性差、轮缘间隙过大等。针对上述情况,电站在2004年用新型高效的ZDJP502-LH-180转轮替代原ZD510-LH-180水轮机转轮,或更换不锈钢转轮,以及严格控制轮缘间隙和合理拟定运行工况,很好地解决了水轮机空蚀的问题,并提高了机组出力。The Jiuyuxi power plant is an old power plant has been running for more than 30 years, 2, 3, 4 Unit for ZD510- LH-180 old model axial-flow fixed-blade turbine units. Since its running in 1981, the turbine runner blades suffered serious erosion damage, mainly caused because of the gap cavitation. The main reason for transfer bye of poor performance, material cavitation resistance stability is poor, the flange gap is too large. The above, the power station in 2004 with new and efficient ZDJP502-LH- 180 wheel instead of the original ZD510-LH- 180 turbine runner, or to replace the stainless steel wheel, as well as strict control of the flange gap and reasonable development of the operating conditions, it is better solution to the problem of turbine cavitation, and increase the unit output.
