视黄醇结合蛋白4与妊娠糖尿病相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：视黄醇结合蛋白4(retinol binding protein4,RBP4)是一种新发现的的脂肪因子,其在脂代谢和能量平衡中发挥重要作用。目前多数研究表明,RBP4是胰岛素抵抗的独立相关因素。妊娠糖尿病患者糖耐量异常和胰岛素抵抗均高于正常妊娠者,许多研究显示,妊娠糖尿病患者血清RBP4明显升高,但亦有不同观点,RBP4与妊娠糖尿病相关性受到了人们的关注。Retinol binding protein 4 （RBP4） is a newly discovered adipocytokine that plays an important role in lipid metabo-lism and energy balance. At present, most studies have shown that RBP4 is an independent factor associated with insulin resistance. The incidences of impaired glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes are higher than those in normal pregnancy, many studies have shown that patients with gestational diabetes have significant high level of serum RBP4, but different points of view also exist. The role of RBP4 in gestational diabetes is drawing attentions.
