摘　　要：随着医学科学技术的不断进步,心肺支持装置逐渐小型化,体外生命支持在危重患者救治中的应用也越加普遍。文中就体外生命支持系统的历史、定义、分类、术语以及适应证、禁忌证等方面进行综述。Extracorporeal life support （ECLS） is one of the recent fields in cardiac surgery that has improved the quality of patient care in acute or chronic end-stage heart disease. Extracorporeal life support is becoming increasingly popular with the miniaturi- zation of the devices necessary for cardiac and pulmonary support. In the present report, the current systems, indications for placement and limitations are reviewed. This review summarizes the currently available systems for extracorporeal life support with special regard to indications and technical options.
