摘  要:零飞指标可对高炮的动态跟瞄误差进行描述,为了能够动态测试零飞指标,提出了一种高炮零飞指标定量测试标校方法。在标校过程中通过雷达获得标校距离,测试过程中通过图像时间条码与雷达时间信息对接,将图像与雷达距离信息建立起联系,通过夹角标校和零飞误差修正模型即可计算出由视差引起的误差,对零飞误差进行实时、定量的修正。实验结果表明:经过实时修正偏差量后的高低系统误差由0.406 731 mrad变为0.201 900 mrad,满足零飞指标要求。该标校方法实现了零飞指标的定量测试,对武器系统动态跟踪精度测试具有重要的意义。Zero-fly index can describe the dynamic tracking and pointing error of artillery. To dynamic test zero-fly index, a method of artillery zero-fly index quantitative test calibration was presented. In the calibration, the calibration distance was obtained by the radar, then the time bar of image and the information of radar was matched for establishing contact in image and radar distance. The error caused by parallax could be calculated through the angle calibration and the correction model of zero-fly error. Zero-fly error could be quantitatively corrected in real time. The experimental results show that the real- time modified deviation high-low system error transforms from 0.406 731 mrad to 0.201 900 mrad which meets the requirement of the zero-fly index. The calibration method realizes the quantitative test of zero- fly index which has the vital significance on the weapon system dynamic tracking precision test.
