摘　　要：随着计算机技术与互联网技术、卫星定位技术、移动终端技术的发展,地理信息服务的模式正在发生改变,志愿者地理信息时代悄然而来。文章以志愿者地理信息的产生为索引,从数据的采集、处理、管理和质量控制等方面就国内外志愿者地理信息的研究与应用情况进行了回顾,讨论了目前志愿者地理信息存在的问题与发展趋势。With the development of computer and internetwork, GPS and mobile terminal technology, the geographic information service mode is being transformed and the time of volunteered geographic information has engaged. This paper briefly introduces the generation and concept of volunteered geographic information, and reviews the development and application of volunteered geographic information at home and abroad from data acquisition, processing, management, quality control etc. The author also discusses the problems and describes the trend of volunteered geograpbic information.
