摘 要:采用化学法及IR、XRD、XPS等综合解析手段 ,研究了风化煤腐植酸 (HA)、腐植酸钾 (HA -K)与磷酸一钙[Ca(H2 PO4 ) 2 ]之间的反应特征 ,探讨了二者的反应机理。结果表明 ,磷酸一钙与HA基本未发生反应 ,而与HA -K反应后生成KH2 PO4 以及HA与CaHPO4 的有机 -无机复合物 ,但该复合物不太稳定 ,在水溶液中易水解生成腐植酸钙 (HA -Ca)和Ca(H2 PO4 ) 2 。本研究将为研制以煤炭腐植酸为基础的长效、缓效磷肥提供理论依据。WT4”BZ]Many studies proved that humic substances were an effective synergist of phosphates fertilizer The reaction characteristics and the mechanism of interaction between weathered coal based humic acid (HA) or potassium humate (HA-K) and Ca(H 2PO 4) 2 were studied in this paper The reaction took place under the conditions of materials ratio of HA (or HA-K)∶Ca(H 2PO 4) 2=4∶6, at 120℃ for 4h The products were dissolved in water and 2% citric acid, successively The chemical analysis showed that the phosphate form was changed after the reaction HA made the phosphate transformation from 2%citric acid-soluble P 2O 5(CP) to water-soluble P 2O 5 (WP) In reverse, HA-K made the transformation from WP to CP The products and fractions were analyzed by IR, XRD and XPS spectra Judging from all the analysis results, it is different for the mechanisms of HA-Ca(H 2PO 4) 2 reaction and HA-K-Ca(H 2PO 4) 2 one It indicated that Ca(H 2PO 4) 2 did not react with HA, however it reacted with HA-K and formed KH 2PO 4 and a HA·CaHPO 4 complex The organic-mineral complex was not stable enough and could be broken and reacted to form HA-Ca and Ca(H 2PO 4) 2 in water solution The complex would inhibit the fixation of phosphate fertilizer in soil and enhance phosphorus utility This investigation provided a theoretical basis for the preparation of coal-based long-term and sustained releasing phosphate fertilizer
