摘　　要：通过不确定性量化方法,把不同专家意见表示成未确知有理数,专家意见合成转化为未确知有理数的运算,未确知有理数的运算具有公理化的理论基础,使合成结论的可信度具有理论上的依据。Through uncertainty quantification methods, different expert opinion is expressed as unascertained rational number, expert opinion synthesis transforms for unascertained rational number operation, unascertained rational number operation is with the axiomatic theory foundation, enables the synthesis of the credibility of the conclusions which have theoretical basis.
