摘  要:以间甲酚为原料 ,与甲醛在NaOH催化作用下经溶胶—凝胶过程制备出新型块状纳米材料炭气凝胶 ,考察了原料配比对凝胶时间和气凝胶特性的影响 ,用TG、FT -IR、TEM和低温N2 吸附等手段表征了气凝胶的微结构。WT4”BZ]Carbon aerogel was prepared through sol-gel process of m-cresol with formaldehyde catalyzed by NaOH and supercritical drying under CO 2 and then carbonized at the inert atmosphere The effect of materials' ratio on gel time and the property of aerogels was investigated The structure of aerogels was characterized by FT-IR, TG, TEM and BET The results showed that the structure and property of aerogels were affected mainly by the amount of reactant and catalyst The CH 2-O-CH 2 and CH 2- bond were formed in the crosslinking process of m-cresol with formaldehyde The sample weight lost significantly at the 350~650℃ TEM result showed that carbon aerogel has a regular three-dimensions framework The BET surface area of sample was 662 4m 2/g, and the total pore volume is as high as 3 17ml/g calculated by BJH method, which is larger than most organic aerogels reported in literature [WT4”HZ]
