预注布托啡诺对人工流产术中丙泊酚注射痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察预注布托啡诺减轻丙泊酚在人工流产术中注射痛的效果。方法拟行人工流产术孕妇150例，随机分为3组：C组预注生理盐水，L组预注2％利多卡因，B组预注布托啡诺。然后注入丙泊酚。记录注药时孕妇的疼痛评分、术前及术后的MAP、HR与苏醒时间及丙？自酚总用量。结果c组注射痛发生率高于L组和B组，L组高于B组（P〈o．05）。睁眼时间和完全清醒时间B组短于L组和C组（P〈0．05），丙泊酚的用量B组明显少于L组和C组（P〈0．01）。结论预注布托啡诺用于丙泊酚麻醉下人工流产术，可有效降低注射痛程度和发生率，减少丙泊酚的总用量，缩短麻醉苏醒时间。Objective To investigate the effect of butorphanol preinjection to alleviate the pain associated with propofol injection in artificial abortion. Methods One hundred and fifty pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion were randomly assigned into 3 groups of 50 cases in each. The pregnant women in group C received normal saline, in group L received lidocaine 2~/6, and in group B received butorphanol. One min after the injection the pregnant women received propofol. The injec- tion pain, MAP and HR, the awake time and the dosage of propofol were recorded. Results The incidence of injection pain in group C was higher than that in group L and group B,and in group L higher than in group B （P〈O. 05）. The awake time and the dosage of propofol were less in group B than those in group L and group C. Conelusion Butorphanol preinjeetion is effective in minimizing the incidence and severity of propofol injection pain and reducing the dosage of propofol as well as shortening the awake time in pregnant women during artificial abortion.
