薄硝洗剂治疗痔瘘术后疼痛

摘　　要：目的比较薄硝洗剂和高锰酸钾洗剂减轻痔瘘手术术后疼痛的效果。方法高位复杂性肛瘘和混合痔患者共275例，随机分为治疗组（n=148）和对照组（n=127），分别用薄硝洗剂和高锰酸钾洗剂外洗，每日两次，每次10min。观察患者术后1～3d的VAS评分及创面面积。结果两组创面面积差异无统计学意义；术后各时点治疗组VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论薄硝洗剂具有良好的镇痛作用，是痔瘘类疾病术后较好的外用型镇痛洗剂。Objective To compare the postoperative analgesic effects of mint-mirabilite lotion and potassium permanganate lotion on patients with hemorrhoidectomy and fistulectomy. Methods Two hundred and seventy-five patients with high complex anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups. Mint-mirabilite lotion was given hip hath in the therapy group （n~ 148）, potassium permanganate lotion in the control group （n=127）, twice per day for 10 min. VAS and wound area were observed during 1 - 3 d after the operation. Results There was no difference in wound area between the two groups. VAS in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mint-mirabilite lotion has good analgesic effects on postoperative pain of anal diseases.
