摘  要:以空气 -甲醇 -石英砂体系为对象 ,研究了锥形鼓泡浆液反应器的气含率和颗粒浓度分布 ,考察了气速、颗粒浓度、液体性质对水力学性质的影响 ,并且得到平均气含率经验关联式和予测颗粒浓度分布用的Pe关联式εg(1 -εg) 4 =0 .0 82u1.3g (1 -Cs) 10 9Pe =0 0 81 4Fr0 .0 52 6Ar0 50 9(1 -Cs) 0 94 5Sb1.2The effect of both gas velocity and solids concentration on gas holdup and solid concentration profile were examined in a tapered bubble column (I D 0 1m and 0 2m on the bottom and the top, respectively; 3 0m in height) by volume expansion method and the synchronously sampling method respectively A three phase system was composed of air, methanol and quartz sands The results show that the average gas holdup of air-methanol is higher than that of a air-water at the same gas velocity The gas holdup decreases with increasing solids concentration at the same superficial gas velocity But after solids concentration 10w%, the effect of solids concentration on ε g is not obvious Pe number was used for predicting axial solids concentration distribution The correlation for average gas holdup and a dimensionless correlation for Pe number used for prediction of solids concentration axial distribution have obtained: ε g(1-ε g) 4=0.082u 1.3 g(1-C s) 10.9 Pe=0 0814Fr 0 0526 Ar 0 509 (1-C s) 0 945 Sb 1 256
